## Description

Roles and responsibilities:

• Maintaining logs for variations, Instructions, RFI’s, PA, PC,etc.

• Take off quantities and preparation of scope wise packages

• Support Sr. QS for sub con billing: Cross checking at site, evaluation, certification

• Support Sr. QS for Preparation of interim payment applications

• Comparison of IFT & IFC drawings, preparation of comparison report

• Assist the project QS for all project related works

Must have skills:

• 2+ Years of relevant exp. as a QS in an Interior Fit out company

• Understanding of quantity take off and preparation of scope wise packages
