Site Engineer – Oil & Gas / EPC

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC

Experience: 6+ Years

Discipline: Mechanical / Piping / Civil / Electrical – as applicable

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our Oil & Gas / EPC project team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.

• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.

• Ensure construction activities are executed as per project specifications, approved drawings, ITPs, and ADNOC requirements.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, productivity, and quality of work.

• Identify site issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure timely resolution.

• Review drawings, technical documents, and work procedures before execution.

• Prepare daily progress reports, site records, inspection requests, and other required documentation.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, Permit to Work (PTW), and site safety procedures.

• Coordinate with Client/Consultant representatives and support inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering relevant to the discipline.

• Minimum 5+ years of Site Engineering experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.

• Strong experience in site execution, construction supervision, and project coordination.

• Good knowledge of Oil & Gas construction standards, drawings, specifications, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.

• Experience with ADNOC projects will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage site activities and work effectively under project deadlines.
