## Description

Key Responsibilities

 Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients across various industries

 Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

 Manage and grow assigned accounts to maximize revenue and client retention.

 Identify client staffing and manpower requirements and provide suitable workforce solutions.

 Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.

 Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements to clients.

 Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure profitable business deals.

 Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely and successful service delivery.  Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and maintain service excellence.  Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand the company's market presence.

 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

 Maintain accurate records of client interactions, business activities, and sales pipelines.

 Prepare regular reports on business development activities, account performance, and market developments.

Requirements

 Minimum 5 years of experience in the Recruitment, Staffing, or Manpower Supply industry.

 Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market.

 Existing network of clients and key decision-makers across Dubai.

 Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and account management.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

 Strong business acumen and target-driven approach.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
