## Description

Most companies advertise for a Head of Sales.

We’re looking for someone who can build the sales engine.

Z Plus Limousine operates in a market where service matters—but relationships, responsiveness and commercial thinking win the business.

We need a sales leader who can turn conversations into contracts and make Z Plus Limousine the preferred transportation partner for companies, hotels, travel agencies, event organizers and VIP clients across the UAE.

This is not a role for someone waiting for leads.

You will be expected to:

• Open doors and build relationships with decision-makers

• Create a focused sales strategy and take ownership of its execution

• Convert corporate requirements into long-term accounts

• Build a disciplined pipeline with clear revenue visibility

• Lead from the front and develop a high-performing sales team

• Understand pricing, margins and the value of excellent service

• Represent Z Plus Limousine with confidence and credibility

You may be the right person if you have:

• A strong UAE business network

• A record of winning and growing B2B accounts

• Leadership experience in sales or business development

• Exposure to transportation, hospitality, tourism, travel, events or luxury services

• The energy to build—not simply maintain—a sales function

Your title will be Head of Sales.

Your real assignment will be to shape the next stage of growth at Z Plus Limousine.
