## Description

The client is looking to hire a Project Manager – Building Construction (DM Licensed) for their team at Dubai.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) License G+12 or G+Unlimited to lead and manage building construction projects in Dubai. The candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in handling high-rise or large-scale building projects in Dubai and possess strong leadership, technical, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

•Plan, execute, and deliver construction projects in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and budgets.

•Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and statutory requirements.

•Manage project activities including procurement, subcontractor coordination, resource allocation, and scheduling.

•Lead site teams, supervise engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.

•Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and present updates to management and stakeholders.

•Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are maintained on-site.

•Resolve technical issues, risks, and conflicts promptly to avoid project delays.

•Liaise with consultants, clients, and government authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.

•Control project costs and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Requirements:

•Valid Dubai Municipality License G+12 or G+Unlimited (Mandatory).

•Minimum 6 years of experience in building construction projects within Dubai.

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

•Proven track record in managing high-rise / large-scale building projects from inception to completion.

•Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, local construction laws, and approval processes.

•Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

•Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD, and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera / MS Project).

•Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

•Ability to handle client interactions and build long-term relationships.

•Experience in cost control and contract management.

Experience:

•UAE building Construction Field : 5 years (Required)

•Project Engineer/ Project Manager : 5 years (Required)
