Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Park Lane is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for prospecting and meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable property options. Day-to-day activities include conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, preparing and reviewing contracts, and guiding clients through the complete transaction process. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, building and managing a client portfolio, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high standards of service and compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Property.

• Demonstrated experience in Real Estate transactions and local market understanding.

• Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Excellent Customer Service abilities to support and advise clients throughout the process.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain accurate records.

• Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and basic office software tools.

• Previous experience in the UAE real estate market or a similar environment is highly beneficial.
