This role is suited to a motivated and intellectually curious individual who enjoys solving complex problems, working collaboratively with clients, and developing practical solutions that help organisations improve performance and deliver change. As a Consultant, you will support the delivery of strategy, operating model, organisation design, and transformation engagements across government, infrastructure, utilities, and private-sector organisations. You will work alongside experienced consultants and subject matter experts, contributing to analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the development of high-quality client deliverables. What You’ll Do The Consultant is responsible for supporting the delivery of strategy and transformation engagements through research, analysis, problem-solving, and development of client deliverables. The role provides the opportunity to build consulting expertise while contributing to meaningful client outcomes across a wide range of strategic and organisational challenges. Key Responsibilities Support Strategy & Transformation Engagements • Conduct research, analysis, benchmarking, and insight generation to support client engagements. • Contribute to projects involving strategy development, operating model design, organisation design, and business transformation. • Gather, structure, and interpret qualitative and quantitative information to support decision-making. • Develop clear and well-structured presentations, reports, and other client deliverables. • Support the development of recommendations and implementation plans. • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality project outputs within agreed timelines.
