## Description

Areas of Responsibility & Scope:

• Infrastructure & Network - Network and hardware performance monitoring, troubleshooting, WAN/Internet and vendor coordination

• Servers & Virtualization - Windows servers, VMware ESXi/vSphere/vCenter, VM performance and capacity

• Backup & Recovery - Veeam backup monitoring, failed jobs, recovery coordination and licensing

• Microsoft Infrastructure - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Azure

• Healthcare – VRepro / EMR - Technical support, performance/disconnection issues and vendor coordination

• Healthcare – Malaffi / HL7- HL7/PPR integration monitoring, troubleshooting and vendor coordination

• Cybersecurity - FortiGate, endpoint security, MFA/FortiToken and security vendor coordination

• ADHICS - Compliance Audit findings, remediation, evidence and vendor coordination

• Telephony – Yeastar / Yealink- PBX and IP phone monitoring, configuration and troubleshooting

• Sound System - Monitoring, troubleshooting and vendor coordination

• Access Door System - Monitoring, user/access updates and troubleshooting

• User Support - Hardware, software, network, printer and access troubleshooting

• Vendor Management - Vendor coordination, quotations, proposals, support tickets and AMC follow-up

• IT Procurement & Budget - Technical specifications, BOQ, quotation review, procurement and forecasting

• IT Projects - Planning, technical requirements, implementation, testing and vendor coordination

• Licenses & Contracts - Microsoft, Fortinet, VMware, Veeam, security, AMC and other renewals

Technical Knowledge:

• End user support onsite at the client sites.

• Excellent knowledge on MS Windows 10, 11 operating systems.

• Knowledge on installation & configuration of Applications like Autodesk, AutoCAD and Architecture Software Applications.

• Excellent knowledge on MS Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022.

• Hands on experience and knowledge on RAID configurations.

• Knowledge on Server Migration for 2012 to 2022.

• Knowledge on Widows Server Clustering.

• Knowledge of troubleshooting IOS & MAC systems.

• Installation & troubleshooting or MS Office products.

• Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Outlook, Email issues.

• Strong Knowledge and experience on O365 Management Portal.

• Knowledge and experience on SharePoint and OneDrive.

• Knowledge and experience on Email Hosting Migrations, DNS Management.

• Knowledge on MS Azure, MS InTunes & Cloud technologies.

• Hands on troubleshooting knowledge of LAN/WAN issues, Wi-Fi AP configurations.

• Ability to install/configure & troubleshoot various types of printers.

• Ability to configure email accounts, outlook on PC & Mobile devices.

• Knowledge on various Backup Technologies, Veeam backup, Cloud Backup, Acronis.

• Knowledge and experience on configuration of QNAP, NAS, Storage, Data Migration.

• Understanding of Windows Servers & Hyper-V, Virtualization.

• Hands-on working Knowledge on Active Directory, GPO, DHCP / DNS record updates.

• Knowledge on Firewalls, FortiGate, Sonic Wall, Sophos.

• Hands on Knowledge on Firewall Policies, IPSEC VPN Tunneling, SSL VPN.

• Knowledge of Video Conferencing systems.

• Knowledge on CCTV, NVR, DVR configuration and settings.

• Demonstrate proactive approach. Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
