## Description

Senior Procurement Engineer - Civil manages sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations for construction materials and subcontractors. Responsibilities include analyzing BOQs, driving cost optimization, and ensuring material deliveries align with project schedules. Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Prequalification: Find and vet reliable suppliers and subcontractors for civil works (concrete, steel, finishes).

• Tendering & Evaluation: Prepare RFQs, analyze technical/commercial bids, and build comparative statements.

• Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize project costs.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, planning engineers, and site teams to avoid project delays.

• Value Engineering: Support cost-saving initiatives and alternative material proposals without sacrificing quality.
