TechNest Support Center is expanding its Financial Services team and is actively hiring experienced Multilingual Customer Service Representatives, Telesales Agents, and Forex Retention Specialists to join our fast-growing Dubai office.

🇵🇰 Urdu Speaker

🇫🇷 French Speaker

🇧🇩 Bangla Speaker

🇲🇾 Malay (Malaysian) Speaker

🇮🇩 Bahasa Indonesia Speaker

🇹🇭 Thai Speaker

🇻🇳 Vietnamese Speaker

🇯🇵 Japanese Speaker

🇵🇹 Portuguese Speakers

🇩🇪 German Speakers

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Provide excellent customer service and client support

• Promote financial products, Forex trading services, and trading platforms

• Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and client follow-ups

• Build strong client relationships to support retention and sales growth

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Must currently reside in the UAE

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred

• Fluency in one of the listed languages plus English

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Telesales, Sales, or Client Support

• Forex, Trading, Financial Services, or Retention experience is a strong advantage
