Job Description: Business Development Manager (BD) - Trad Fi Track

Region: UAE

Job Positioning

Responsible for the Business Development and channel construction of CoinW Trad Fi products in the Middle East region, with a focus on advancing the establishment of agency networks and user growth in the Middle East markets, and driving the large-scale implementation of the Trad Fi business.

Job Responsibilities

• Channel Expansion and Management

-Responsible for the recruitment, training, and daily management of agents and channel partners for Trad Fi products in target markets

-Establish and manage a multi-level agent system, formulate channel incentive policies, and drive agents to continuously bring in valid trading users

• User Conversion Strategy Execution

-Develop differentiated BD promotion plans for different types of user groups (stock users in the crypto circle, traditional forex users, and traditional stock users)

-Focus on promoting channel docking in the following directions:

a. Crypto KOLs/Community Leaders: Rapidly Activate TradFi Trading Through Existing Agent Resources

b. Forex Introducer Community (MT4/MT5 Vertical): Leverage the product's parity with MT5 to drive mass migration

c. Traditional stock margin trading/private equity institutions: Exploring conversion paths for existing customers

• Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis

-Track regulatory updates, competing product movements, and changes in user demands in the market, and provide timely feedback to the operations and product teams

-Develop a regional BD-specific strategy tailored to the strong short-selling demand in the Middle East market

• XFN Collaboration

-Collaborate with the operations team to design channel-exclusive campaigns (such as trading competitions and rebate incentives) to boost channel engagement

-Communicate product requirements from agents and users to the product team, and drive the iteration of Trad Fi features

Job Requirements

• Have sales/agent management experience in the foreign exchange industry (MT4/MT5 brokers) and are familiar with the resources of the foreign exchange agent circle

• Or have access to channel resources in the traditional stock/ margin financing industry, and understand the trading habits and needs of investor groups

• Knowledge of the crypto industry

Soft Skills

• Excellent business negotiation and resource integration capabilities, with the ability to independently manage the entire process from channel development to implementation and conversion

• Have a certain understanding of the crypto regulatory environment and user ecosystem in the Middle East market

• Strong self-motivation and adaptability to result-oriented performance assessments
