## Description

Description of Key Job Duties:

• Work closely with the Sales and Pre-sales teams to support customer engagements and business development activities across the MEA energy storage market.

• Develop and optimize BESS solutions for utility-scale and commercial energy storage projects, including system sizing, technical evaluation, preliminary design, and solution configuration.

• Prepare technical proposals, system architectures, technical specifications, and other customer-facing documentation.

• Participate in technical discussions and presentations with customers, developers, EPCs, consultants, and utilities to address project requirements and demonstrate solution value.

• Support tender activities, including RFIs, RFQs, RFP responses, technical clarifications, and bid submissions.

• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements.

• Support project technical reviews, solution optimization, and risk assessments throughout the sales and bidding process.

• Gather customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitor insights to support product enhancement and solution development.

• Support project handover activities and provide technical assistance during key project execution milestones when required.

• Travel to other MEA countries as required to support customer meetings, project discussions, and business development activities.

Skills Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related disciplines.

• 5+ years of experience in BESS, renewable energy, power systems, solar, or related industries.

• Experience in technical proposal preparation, customer-facing technical support, tender activities, or solution engineering.

• Knowledge of BESS system architecture, battery technologies, PCS, EMS/SCADA, and renewable energy systems.

• Experience supporting utility-scale energy storage or renewable energy projects is preferred.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Willingness to travel internationally, as business needs require.

## Requirements
