## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline for IT Services, Digital Transformation, SaaS License Management, Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, IT Staffing, and Staff Augmentation services across the region.

• Conduct market research to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, business opportunities, and emerging market trends within the region.

• Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to secure qualified client meetings and business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders through regular engagement, industry events, exhibitions, and social media platforms.

• Manage the complete lead generation lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification to scheduling meetings and supporting the sales team in closing opportunities.

• Identify and participate in government tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities while coordinating with internal teams to prepare competitive proposals.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation, pipeline, and revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reports.

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop effective business development strategies, improve customer engagement, and maximize conversion rates.
