## Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers face-to-face.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

• Guide customers through products, services, or processes with clarity and confidence.

• Process transactions, applications, or documentation accurately (as applicable).

• Escalate complex issues to the right department while keeping the customer informed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.

• Meet daily/monthly service quality and customer satisfaction targets.

• Build long-term relationships that turn first-time visitors into repeat customers.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of face-to-face / in-person customer service experience.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a strong plus.

• Warm, approachable, and well-groomed presentation.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Comfortable working with POS systems, CRM tools, or ticketing software.
