Job Role: Operations Manager

Job location: Dubai

Notice Period: Immediate - 30 Days

• Strong experience in real estate operations, particularly leasing and facilities management (FM).

• Proven experience in the leasing and FM industry.

• DIFC experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of the DIFC real estate environment.

• In-depth knowledge of local real estate regulations, compliance requirements, and property laws.

• Experience in property management and facility management operations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Strong operational and stakeholder management skills.
