## Description

Job Objective

Acquire, develop, and retain trader clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) from international markets and the MENA region for Vex Pro, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through account activation and ongoing relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and open new trading accounts in English-speaking markets.

• Develop and manage the assigned client portfolio, including reactivation, retention, and trading volume growth.

• Acquire and support IBs and international business partners.

• Explain trading conditions, platforms, spreads, commissions, and the broker’s products.

• Record and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, with regular performance reporting.

• Represent the brand at events and commercial activities organized by the group.

Requirements

• Proven experience in trading and/or the brokerage industry, preferably with experience at another broker.

• Knowledge of financial markets, including Forex, CFDs, and trading platforms.

• Strong sales-oriented profile, focused on results and trading volume targets.

• Based in Dubai and available to work on-site at the office.

• Native or advanced English



Fixed monthly base salary in AED + performance-based commissions
