Top Priority Real Estate LLC is expanding our team and is looking for experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Agents with proven experience in the Dubai real estate market.

We are looking for motivated, target-driven professionals with real market experience who can manage clients, generate business, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and successfully close transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle secondary market sales and leasing transactions

• Generate and manage your own leads and client relationships

• Source and secure properties directly from owners and landlords

• Conduct property viewings and presentations

• Negotiate offers and successfully close deals

• Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

• Stay updated on Dubai's property market, communities, prices, and market trends

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings and client information

Requirements

• Proven experience as a real estate agent in Dubai

• Must be available to join immediately

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai secondary market experience

• Must have your own active property listings and an existing network of owners/landlords

• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and communities

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven

• Strong client relationship and closing skills

• UAE driving license is preferred

• RERA certification is an advantage

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
