## Description

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Electrical Construction Manager for a Large Scale project in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors in the execution of electrical works.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

• Review IFC drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site issues.

• Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and authority requirements.

• Review electrical calculations including load, cable, breaker, voltage drop, and lighting calculations as required.

• Inspect site installation works and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.

• Raise and follow up RFIs and technical queries and provide practical solutions to site issues.

• Coordinate with BIM/technical teams and review BIM models where required.

• Provide technical support to site, procurement, commercial, QA/QC, and planning teams.

• Supervise and guide the electrical team to achieve project targets within the required time, cost, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering

• 10+ Years' of relevant work experience
