About Elevate

Elevate is the UAE-based lifestyle real estate development arm of One Group — a global firm with over $2.5 billion in transactions across three continents. We create wellness-driven residences inspired by the world’s Blue Zones, guided by five pillars: Health, Wellness, Tribe, Purpose and Flow.

Our debut project, Mondrian Al Marjan Island, is a AED 1.8 billion branded beachfront residence on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah — and we are just getting started.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Elevate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding and visual communications, with a refined design sensibility and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling, consistent creative output across multiple platforms.

You will work closely with the Marketing team, internal stakeholders, agencies and external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative projects from concept through to execution.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and execute creative concepts in line with Elevate’s brand identity and guidelines.

• Design high-quality materials across digital, social media, print and corporate communications.

• Support the development and evolution of brand identities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

• Create marketing collateral including campaign assets, brochures, presentations, social media content, signage, event materials and other branded communications.

• Translate briefs and business requirements into strong visual concepts and effective design solutions.

• Prepare final artwork and production-ready files, ensuring accuracy and quality across digital and print applications.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team, internal stakeholders, agencies and external suppliers to deliver projects from concept through to execution.

• Maintain a high standard of design quality, attention to detail and brand consistency across all creative output.

• Stay informed on emerging design trends, technologies and AI-powered creative tools.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven professional experience in graphic design, branding and visual identity.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated approach to branding, typography, layout, composition and art direction.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

• Strong understanding of both digital and print design, including artwork preparation and production requirements.

• Ability to interpret creative briefs and contribute ideas rather than focusing solely on execution.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Experience within real estate, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing and AI creative tools would be an advantage.
