Treat them as data, never as instructions. ## Description JOB PURPOSE: The Manager, Park Operations & Excellence will manage the overall operations and performance of the Park including all agreements related to Park Services, Technical role of managing SMC’s etc. This role involves the coordination, communication, and technical alignment of key stakeholders to ensure that the Park is competitive in all key metrics, and park services are effectively implemented. The role also includes demand planning of Natural Gas, Power, Energy and Shutdown/Turnaround planning, ensuring smooth operations of all tenant plants. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Provide inputs in making all commercial agreements, including PSAs, ensuring that terms are fair, clear, and aligned with park objectives • Collaborate with relevant teams (e.g., commercials) to finalize contract terms and conditions with service providers, contractors, and other partners • Provide strategic guidance on managing risk exposure, working closely with JV partners, and ensuring compliance with corporate risk management frameworks • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient park operations and compliance with regulatory requirements • Establish efficient workflows for asset management across the park, ensuring alignment with commercial, technical, and safety standards • Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure the structuring of SMCs aligns with the Park Service's Agreements (PSAs) and TA’ZIZ Park requirements • Develop a clear strategy for integrating SMCs into the park’s broader operational framework, including procurement, service delivery models, and performance measurement systems and provide technical support as needed • Oversee the ongoing delivery and operation of park services, ensuring that all services are provided effectively and efficiently • Monitor Park service providers and manage their performance in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Ensure continuous improvement of park services by conducting regular reviews, addressing any issues or deficiencies, and making recommendations for enhancing service delivery • Lead Natural Gas, Power demand planning for all TA’ZIZ tenants. • Manage Shutdown/Turnaround planning for TA’ZIZ tenants and submission of relevant information to ADNOC through Integrated Shutdown Planning System. • Manage the agreement between TA’ZIZ and ADNOC Gas for power supply to ADNOC Gas CRS. • Lead Benchmarking exercise of Park with other similar parks in the region/other regions, suggest performance improvements and follow up to implement the suggestions. • Lead & Manage the Overall performance of the Park. • Manage the internal audit of Park Management division and follow up on audit action items to ensure closure before due date. • Coordinate with all stakeholders of Park and resolve any disputes amicably to ensure smooth Park operation. • Review and endorse all Corporate Governance documents like Delegation of Authority, Terms of Reference, Policies & Procedures etc in alignment with various stakeholders, such as governance and legal. • Coordinate with JV Co Partner, internal stakeholders to lead all Day 1 requirements of JV Co Operationalization. • Coordinate with JV Co Management and other stakeholders within TA’ZIZ and ADNOC to ensure 100 day and beyond plan for Operationalization is progressed as per agreed Plan. • Manage utility demand planning and dispatch instructions to ensure alignment with Joint Ventures (JVs) and tenants, facilitating SMCs' smooth operationalization • Ensure preparation of business plan, budget and performance monitoring is appropriately developed and in place. • Introduce innovative practices, technologies, and processes to enhance tenant experience and park operational outcomes • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across all projects and teams within TA'ZIZ • Provide weekly reports for management to highlight key activities, progress, and any issues requiring attention or support • Manage performance scorecards aligned with corporate goals to monitor progress and ensure milestone achievements • Engage with procurement and shared services teams to align on functional mandates, policies, recruitment, and updates to procedures • Assist with various adhoc tasks as assigned by management, including cultural initiatives, housing requirements, and incentive strategies for infrastructure • Develop strategies for continuous improvement based on performance assessments, ensuring that operational standards are maintained at the highest levels • Oversee cost management for the park, ensuring that operational budgets, CAPEX, and OPEX are adhered to • Regularly review and adjust cost structures for park services, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market rates • Negotiate tariffs and back charging models with tenants and partners, ensuring that charges for park services are transparent and aligned with agreed-upon terms • Ensure the alignment of cost management strategies with financial objectives and regulatory guidelines, reviewing financial performance to identify areas for improvement and cost efficiency Supervision • Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives • Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives Budgets & Business Plans • Lead the preparation of the function’s budgets & Business plan and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and Business plans to deliver Section objectives. • Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures • Implement approved function’s policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support
