Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant (Off Plan) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for sourcing, presenting, and selling off-plan properties in key Dubai developments, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day activities include conducting property tours and presentations, advising clients on suitable off-plan projects and payment plans, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of developers, launches, and market trends. The consultant will handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure all documentation and RERA-related processes are completed accurately. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with experience in off-plan property advisory and market analysis.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions, presentations, and after-sales support.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.

• Relevant experience in Dubai real estate, understanding of RERA regulations, and familiarity with major developers and key communities is highly beneficial.

• Strong networking capabilities, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are preferred.

• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage. Prior experience as a property consultant or broker is desirable.
