Join a high-volume café in Al Ain known for quality food, specialty drinks, and standout desserts. We're looking for a Head Chef to take full ownership of our kitchen.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee daily kitchen and restaurant operations

🔹 Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high food quality standards

🔹 Manage kitchen operations and staff scheduling

🔹 Create and develop new menu items based on customer preferences

🔹 Maintain quality food preparation and presentation

🔹 Monitor food inventory, stock levels, ordering, and supplier coordination

🔹 Control food and labor costs for business profitability

🔹 Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:
