Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of UAE/GCC real estate business processes to support the implementation of the RealCube real estate technology platform.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to real estate operations from a developer, property management/FM company, brokerage/agency, end-user, or real estate software/PropTech organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and map customer real estate business processes and requirements.

• Conduct discovery workshops, process mapping, gap analysis and solution configuration.

• Support implementation, data preparation/migration, UAT, training and go-live.

• Translate business requirements into functional requirements for product/technical teams.

• Recommend industry best practices rather than simply replicating existing processes.

• Work closely with customers, implementation teams and product teams.

Required Domain Knowledge

Strong practical understanding of multiple areas including:

• Real Estate Sales & CRM

• Leasing & Tenant Management

• Property Management

• Community / Owners Association Management

• CAFM / Facilities Management

• Property, Unit & Asset Management

• Billing, Collections and basic Finance integration

• UAE/GCC real estate processes and regulatory practices

• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS is must

Technology Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel – Mandatory

• Practical understanding and usage of AI / Generative AI tools – Mandatory

• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities

• Experience with ERP, CRM, PropTech or real estate software platforms preferred

Ideal Profile

6–10+ years of UAE/GCC real estate experience with strong functional and process knowledge. Candidates may come from real estate developers, property/FM companies, brokerage/agency firms, consulting organizations, or PropTech/software companies.

The candidate should combine real estate domain expertise, technology understanding and strong customer-facing/communication skills.
