## Description

Role Description The IT Support Officer is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support to team members, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring reliable operation of desktop computers and related devices. The IT Support Officer will handle printer support, basic network connectivity issues, and coordinate with other IT resources when advanced support is required. Documentation of incidents, tracking resolutions, and proactively maintaining systems to reduce downtime are key components of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong technical support skills, with the ability to assist users and resolve common IT issues.
