Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for increasing product sales, managing retail and distributor relationships, finding new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and key customers.

• Find new clients and business opportunities.

• Visit customers and promote ALIZ GLOW products.

• Prepare sales reports and monitor sales performance.

• Support product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.

• Maintain excellent customer relationships.

• Lead and support the sales team.

• Represent ALIZ GLOW professionally in meetings and events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.

• Experience in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or retail sales is preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• English and Hindi proficiency required.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel within Dubai/UAE for customer and business meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Requiremnets:

• 3+ years of sales experience

• Indian candidates preferred

• Hindi & English proficiency

• Valid UAE driving license – Mandatory

• UAE market sales experience is an advantage.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
