Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio, and strengthening relationships with investors, developers, and key stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating terms to close deals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and senior management to shape growth strategies, support exclusive project launches, and ensure a high standard of client service. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and representing MARE Properties at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within real estate or a related industry.

• Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.

• Ability to conduct market research and analyze investment opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capability in relationship building and client retention.

• Comfort with CRM tools and basic data analysis to track performance and forecast revenue.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages relevant to regional clients are a plus.

• Knowledge of local real estate regulations and investment practices in Dubai is highly beneficial.
