👨 🍳 WE ARE HIRING – Professional Chef

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

🏡 Private Residence – Emirati Family

We are looking for an experienced and professional Chef to work for a private Emirati family in Dubai.

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in Indian Cuisine.

• Excellent knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking.

• Ability to prepare a variety of Indian, Arabic, Continental, Asian, and international dishes.

• Private Chef / Family Chef experience is highly preferred.

• Experience working in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private household.

• Ability to prepare daily meals according to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.

• Good knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and safe food handling.

• Ability to plan menus and manage kitchen ingredients and supplies.

• Professional, trustworthy, clean, and well-presented.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, high-quality meals for the family.

• Plan daily and weekly menus.

• Prepare Indian and multi-cuisine dishes according to family preferences.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

• Monitor food stock and coordinate grocery requirements.

• Ensure proper food storage and hygiene standards.

• Adapt menus for guests and special occasions when required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with previous experience working as a Private Chef for VIP/HNW families will be given preference.
