About the job

We are a leading luxury fit-out contractor delivering high-quality retail, commercial, and residential projects. Our reputation is built on exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and seamless delivery for prestigious clients, designers, and developers.

We are now seeking an experienced Site Engineers who can lead high-end fit-out projects from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations for projects, ensuring work is executed to the highest quality

standard

• Coordinate and supervise all site activities including subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site

labour

• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Plan site programs, monitor progress, and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

• Maintain excellent communication with project managers, designers, clients, and consultants.

• Conduct quality inspections, snagging, and oversee finishing works to luxury standards.

• Identify risks, resolve site issues promptly, and implement effective solutions.

• Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and resource allocation.

• Lead site meetings, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure documentation accuracy.

• Ensure final handover is presented defect-free and aligned with the client’s expectations.

Skills & Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in high-end or luxury fit-out projects ( retail, Commercial, hospitality).

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proven track record of managing finishing, joinery, and MEP coordination in high-end interiors.

• Ability to interpret architectural and ID drawings with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site safety, and quality control.

• Ability to handle pressure, fast-paced schedules, and demanding clients.
