Job Description

We are seeking a Civil SME to serve as the Technical Authority across our portfolio of energy, oil & gas, mining, industrial and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose

• Provide technical leadership for civil engineering design on industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Technical Authority for Civil Engineering across multiple projects.

• Serve as the final authority on complex civil engineering designs

• Has extensive knowledge in General Civil Engineering, Underground Utilities Design, Earthworks, Roads design

• Resolve critical, high-risk technical issues during the Design Phase

• Train, mentor, and guide civil engineers to elevate team technical capabilities

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.

• Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer status is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Mining or Industrial projects.

• Proven experience as a Technical Authority, Chief Engineer, Principal Consultant, Engineering Fellow or equivalent.

## Requirements
