## Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, management and delivery of Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Services in support of ADNOC projects, encompassing both Source Inspection and Site Inspection activities across onshore and offshore locations.

The role holder acts as the principal operational interface between ADNOC Offshore, Apave Management, Project coordinators, assigned Inspectors, and internal Apave departments including HR & Finance, ensuring inspection activities are planned, resourced, executed and reported in full compliance with contractual, quality and HSE requirements.

A core requirement of this role is the maintenance of continuous, proactive and professional communication with ADNOC/Client Focal Persons, ensuring client expectations are understood, addressed and consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management

• Manage the overall delivery of ADNOC TPI activities, from planning through execution to close-out.

• Plan, coordinate and monitor multiple concurrent inspection assignments and projects.

• Monitor project schedules, KPIs and deliverables, taking corrective action where required.

• Ensure inspection assignments are appropriately resourced, tracked and closed out in a timely manner.

ADNOC Client & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain continuous, proactive communication with ADNOC Offshore Focal Persons and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project matters.

• Attend coordination, progress and review meetings with ADNOC and other project stakeholders.

• Provide regular inspection progress updates and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Address and resolve client concerns and operational issues, escalating where necessary.

• Ensure ADNOC instructions are accurately communicated to and implemented by the inspection team.

• Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with ADNOC to support client satisfaction and contract continuity.

• Ensure the work and finance deliverable to the client, including inspection reports, timesheets, value of work done and invoices etc.

• Interface effectively between ADNOC Offshore, Apave Management, Project coordinators, Inspectors, s and internal departments.

Source & Site Inspection Management

• Ensure the timely coordination activities for Source Inspection at manufacturer, vendor and fabrication facilities in UAE and worldwide.

• Coordinate Site Inspection activities across onshore and offshore locations supporting ADNOC Offshore projects.

• Ensure the leave replacement plan in a proactive way for the business continuity at sites.

• Monitor inspection requests, inspector attendance, assignments and report submission.

• Ensure all inspection activities are carried out in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), technical specifications and applicable ADNOC requirements.

Inspector & Resource Management

• Manage and plan the inspector’s mobilization according to project discipline, qualification and workload requirements.

• Monitor inspector availability, mobilisation, demobilisation and leave coverage to ensure continuity of service.

• Ensure inspectors deployed are appropriately qualified, certified and approved for the assigned scope.

• Coordinate with HR and Operations on recruitment and resourcing requirements.

• Maintain project trackers covering inspector deployment, assignments and reporting status.

• Prepare accurate management and client reports on project and resource performance.

Commercial & Contractual Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities are performed within the scope of the applicable ADNOC Framework Agreement, Work Orders and Call-Off Orders.

• Monitor manpower utilisation, timesheets and project inputs to support accurate invoicing and cost recovery.

• Identify scope changes, additional requirements and potential commercial impacts, and escalate accordingly.

• Support cost control and contribute to the commercial performance of assigned projects.

Quality, HSE & Compliance

• Ensure inspection activities comply with ADNOC, Apave and project Quality and HSE requirements.

• Monitor non-conformities, client complaints, audits and corrective actions, ensuring timely close-out.

• Promote a strong safety and quality culture across the project team.

• Identify project risks and operational bottlenecks, and develop and implement appropriate mitigation plans.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Strong knowledge of Third-Party Inspection principles, Source Inspection and Site Inspection practices.

• Working knowledge of ADNOC, specifically ADNOC Offshore project environments and requirements.

• Proven project management capability across multidisciplinary inspection assignments.

• Strong inspector and resource management skills, including planning, mobilisation and utilisation.

• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to maintain effective and continuous communication with ADNOC Offshore Focal Persons and manage multiple client and project interfaces.

• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Sound commercial awareness, including contract, cost and scope management.

• Effective risk identification and management capability.

• Strong reporting, documentation and planning skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint and other Tools.

• Sound awareness of Quality and HSE standards applicable to inspection operations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Third Party Inspection operations, Inspection Services, Oil & Gas, EPC or Vendor Inspection activities, or related fields.

Strong preference will be given to candidates with:

• ADNOC / ADNOC Offshore project experience.

• Third Party Inspection experience, including Source and Site Inspection.

• Experience managing multidisc

## Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Third Party Inspection operations, Inspection Services, Oil & Gas, EPC or Vendor Inspection activities, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required; Project Management, Inspection or Quality-related certifications are considered advantageous.
