We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive who genuinely enjoys dealing with people and understands that great customer service is about more than just answering calls. Your Role • Manage the complete customer care journey from inquiry and order confirmation to delivery and post-delivery care. • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and complaints through phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat. • Understand customer needs and communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally. • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve customer issues quickly and ensure a smooth resolution. • Build strong relationships with customers by being responsive, patient, proactive, and genuinely helpful. What We’re Looking For • Clear, concise, confident communication and advanced listening skills. • The patience and emotional intelligence to deal with different types of customers. • The ability to understand customer personas and adjust your approach accordingly.. • A genuine problem-solving mindset rather than simply following scripts. • Good coordination skills and the ability to work closely with multiple departments. • Previous customer service or order processing experience preferred. • HORECA / food distribution experience is a strong advantage.
