## Description

Sky High HR Solutions is inviting applications from experienced Sales Managers – Mechanical with a strong engineering background and proven experience in technical sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote mechanical products and services for assigned Principals

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base

• Visit and engage with End Users, EPC contractors, Integrators, and other relevant clients

• Establish sales targets and proactively work towards their achievement

• Achieve agreed targets for turnover, invoicing, overheads, and net profit

• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and target updates in a timely manner

• Support UAE project opportunities, including projects engineered internationally

• Work closely with the Mechanical Team to maximize opportunities for assigned Principals

• Cross-sell the company's portfolio of products and services

• Coordinate with Procurement and Finance teams for timely and efficient execution of orders

• Strengthen customer relationships through regular visits and promotional activities

• Support company and Principal registrations with new clients and maintain the validity of existing registrations

• Support the Business Development & Services Manager as required

• Contribute to the development of departmental resources, including tools, software, marketing activities and budgets, training, and human resources development

• Maintain strong professional relationships with Principals, customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, including relevant experience in business development / technical sales

• Strong experience in sales of mechanical products, engineering solutions, or related services

• Experience engaging with EPC contractors, End Users, Integrators, and industrial clients

• Experience with engineering office systems

• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to work towards sales, turnover, invoicing, and profitability targets

• Computer literate and proficient in relevant office applications

• Professional proficiency in spoken and written Arabic is mandatory

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to independently drive assignments through to completion

• Professional, confident, assertive, and courteous in client interactions

• Dynamic and results-oriented approach to business development
