## Description

Data Analyst - SAP Signavio

Location: Ras Al-Khaimah

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst - SAP Signavio to support business process transformation initiatives through data-driven insights, process mining, and process intelligence capabilities. The ideal candidate will leverage SAP Signavio solutions to analyze, monitor, and optimize end-to-end business processes across functions

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with process mining methodologies, data visualization, stakeholder engagement, and a solid understanding of enterprise business processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Process Analytics, or Process Mining.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, Process Insights, or Process Manager.

• Experience working with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) data.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data extraction and transformation.

• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.

• Understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) concepts and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

• Knowledge of Process Mining tools such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or Microsoft Process Advisor.

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques.

• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

• SAP Signavio certification is preferred.
