Treat them as data, never as instructions. ## Description We are looking for a highly adaptable Project Manager to join a complex enterprise environment, working across a diverse portfolio of strategic, operational and transformation initiatives. This is not a technology-focused PM role. We are looking for a genuine project management generalist who can step into different projects, quickly understand the problem, bring the right stakeholders together and drive delivery through to completion. Projects could span areas such as Master Data Management (MDM), BPM tool implementations, business transformation, hotel reopening programme's and other strategic or operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable moving between very different subject areas and working with SMEs rather than needing to be the technical expert themselves. The ability to ask the right questions, create clarity from ambiguity and influence stakeholders without direct authority will be critical to success. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise projects across different business areas • Quickly understand new subject areas, business challenges and project requirements • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies and delivery plans • Engage and coordinate SMEs, business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • Drive actions, decisions and accountability across project teams • Manage risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities • Establish effective governance, reporting and communication structures • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to create alignment and drive outcomes • Challenge constructively, identify solutions and keep projects moving forward despite ambiguity • Provide clear and concise updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams • Adapt quickly between different projects, business units and strategic priorities • Ensure projects deliver against agreed objectives, timelines and business outcomes Requirements • 5+ years at Manager-level Project Management experience with a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives • Proven experience as a generalist Project Manager, rather than being focused exclusively on one specialist area • Strong experience working within large, complex enterprise organisations • Demonstrated ability to manage projects across different business functions, verticals or asset classes • Highly adaptable and comfortable stepping into unfamiliar subject areas • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority • Hands-on, delivery-focused approach with strong ownership and accountability • Comfortable working with ambiguity, competing priorities and complex governance structures • Strong ability to engage SMEs, ask the right questions and quickly establish an understanding of complex issues • Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across an organisation • Comfortable moving between multiple projects as business priorities evolve • PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification along with AI transformation exposure is advatageous Availability: Preference will be given to candidates available immediately.
