We're looking for a self-driven Business Development Executive who can identify opportunities, secure meetings with decision-makers, and close consulting and training assignments.

What You'll Do

• Generate new corporate business across the UAE and Gulf Countries

• Prospect through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, networking and referrals.

• Secure meetings with CEOs, CHROs, HR Managers and Learning & Development leaders.

• Conduct discovery meetings.

• Present SPS solutions confidently.

• Prepare and follow up on proposals.

• Negotiate and close business.

• Build long-term client relationships.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM.

• Achieve monthly revenue targets.

What We're Looking ForEssential

• Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.

• Experience selling professional services, corporate training, HR consulting, recruitment, SaaS, banking, insurance or similar B2B solutions.

• Excellent English communication.

• Confident cold caller.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset.

• UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
