About the Role

LNS Real Estate is looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for property, and a drive to achieve excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage property sales and rental leads.

Advise clients on suitable properties and investment opportunities.

Conduct property viewings and presentations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions.

Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market and new projects.

Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM.

Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
