Join Our Team as a Civil Project Manager (with EMAAR Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Maintain strong relationships with the Client and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on EMAAR Properties projects.

• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
