## Description

Your Tasks

Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities for crane inspection, load testing, and certification services.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to support business growth and customer retention.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions in coordination with the relevant technical teams.

Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and service offers in line with client requirements and company standards.

Conduct regular client visits, meetings, presentations, and negotiations to develop opportunities and successfully close deals.

Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain an active sales pipeline to ensure timely conversion of opportunities.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue and growth objectives of the business.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within inspection, testing, certification, cranes, lifting equipment, or industrial services.

Good understanding of crane inspection, load testing, lifting equipment, and certification services is an advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Commercially driven with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business.

Ability and willingness to conduct regular client and site visits.
