Role Description: The Business Development Executive – Annual Maintenance Contracts is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on identifying and securing annual maintenance contract opportunities for Gionova’s completed projects and new clients, including residential, commercial, and developer portfolios. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contract terms, and managing follow-ups to close deals. The position also involves maintaining and growing existing client accounts, coordinating with operations and technical teams to ensure service quality, and tracking performance metrics and market trends to support business growth. The executive is expected to represent Gionova professionally, uphold brand standards, and contribute to long-term client relationships. Qualifications • Candidates should possess skills in new business development and lead generation, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for annual maintenance contracts. • Candidates should possess business and account management skills, including managing client portfolios and supporting long-term contractual relationships. • Candidates should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to present proposals, negotiate terms, and build trust with diverse stakeholders. • Candidates should ideally have experience in facilities management, maintenance services, interior or construction-related industries within the UAE or GCC region. • Candidates should possess solid negotiation, relationship-building, and customer service skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site, meet targets, and manage field activities in Dubai. • UAE driving licence is preferred.
