We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager | Luxury Aesthetic Clinic – Dubai

We are hiring an experienced Marketing Manager for a premium aesthetic clinic in Jumeirah, Dubai. The role will lead the overall marketing function across digital, brand, PR, partnerships, lead generation and customer engagement, with a strong focus on measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and integrated campaigns

• Lead digital marketing across Google Ads, SEO, PPC, email and social media

• Drive qualified lead generation, conversion and customer acquisition

• Manage brand positioning, PR, influencer collaborations and partnerships

• Oversee content strategy, social media and online reputation

• Track campaign ROI, acquisition costs and key marketing metrics

• Manage marketing budgets and monthly performance reporting

• Lead and develop the Marketing, Graphic Design and Call Centre teams

• Work closely with Operations to enhance the overall customer/patient journey

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, luxury, hospitality or premium service industries

• Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media campaigns

• Experience with PR, influencer management and strategic partnerships

• Proven experience leading marketing teams

• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion, ROI and performance analytics

• Strategic and creative mindset with strong brand awareness
