About the Company

One of our Key clients are looking to hire a Sales Manager – Machine Shop to Drive sales growth for precision machining, reverse engineering, specialized coatings (HVOF, thermal spray, chrome plating, nickel plating), component manufacturing and repair solutions throughout the UAE.

Responsibilities

Promote machining, coatings and manufacturing capabilities.

Generate RFQs and long-term service agreements.

Build relationships with maintenance managers and reliability engineers.  Prepare sales forecasts. Support strategic partnerships.

Negotiate commercial agreements.

Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.

8–10 years of UAE sales experience in machine shop, coatings or manufacturing.

Strong understanding of machining, welding, thermal spray and repair solutions.

Established customer network in UAE.
