In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding market presence across the architecture, interior design, fit-out, and furniture manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong business development expertise, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record within the wood, veneer, interiors, or building materials industry, which will align successfully in the organization. About the Requirements • Identify and develop new business opportunities across architects, interior designers, consultants, joinery companies, contractors, and furniture manufacturers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive project specifications and sales growth. • Promote premium wood and veneer products by providing technical guidance, product presentations, and solution-based recommendations. • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, project tracking, quotations, negotiations, contract closure, and account management. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to develop effective business development strategies and maximize market share. About You • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • Minimum 5–8 years of business development or project sales experience within wood, veneer, joinery, interiors, furniture, fit-out, or building materials industries. • Strong network of architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders within the UAE/GCC market.
