## Description

We are currently partnering with a leading international speciality chemicals organisation to recruit a Regional Distribution Manager responsible for driving growth across the Middle East, Africa, and India. The role will focus on developing and optimising a strategic distributor network serving the Coatings and Construction sectors, with a strong emphasis on commercial performance, market expansion, and partner development.

This is a highly visible regional position that will play a key role in shaping distribution strategy, strengthening channel partnerships, and driving profitable growth across a diverse and fast-growing market landscape. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial, technical, and supply chain stakeholders to maximise market penetration and distributor effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional distribution strategies across the MEAI region.

• Lead, manage, and grow a network of strategic distribution partners.

• Drive sales growth, margin improvement, and market share expansion.

• Manage commercial agreements, negotiations, and distributor performance metrics.

• Build robust opportunity pipelines and support long-term business planning.

• Collaborate with regional sales, technical, and operational teams to deliver sustainable growth initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimise distribution models.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience within chemicals, polymers, construction materials, coatings, or a related industry.

• Strong distribution management experience across the Coatings and Construction markets.

• Proven track record of managing distributor networks and driving regional business growth.

• Experience working across the Middle East, Africa, and/or India.

• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Comfortable operating within a regional, multicultural business environment.
