Role Description The Media Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving advertising and partnership revenue across Lana’s media platforms, including digital, events, podcasts and roundtables. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of leads, and closing media sales deals with agencies, brands, and regional partners. The Media Sales Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, oversee account management activities, and ensure campaigns are delivered according to client objectives and Lana’s standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with editorial and product teams to create integrated media solutions, and monitoring campaign performance to optimize results. The role also involves market research, competitive analysis, and contributing to sales strategy to expand Lana’s presence in the MENA media market.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Media Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in digital or broadcast media.

• Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills, including client relationship management, campaign coordination, and post-sales support.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex media solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline development, and use of CRM tools to manage opportunities.

• Relevant experience in digital media, advertising, or publishing within the MENA region is highly beneficial, especially with Arabic-speaking audiences.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation abilities, with comfort working with data and performance metrics to guide client recommendations.

• Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment and adapt to evolving media and technology trends.
