## Description

Job Purpose:

To collaborate with the Loans Product team in developing Personal Loan Products, including policies, processes, system enhancements, digital journey portfolio management, and promotions for Personal and Mortgage, and Auto Loans.

This role involves providing hands-on product support and coordination to ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and seamless digital and automation process rollouts.

The Product Specialist will engage in essential product-side activities such as requirements definition, coordination, documentation, testing support, and business readiness.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Product Lifecycle Management: Proven track record in overseeing end-to-end product for personal banking loans from Development and Launch, Operations and Monitoring, and Enhancement and Optimization.

• Process Optimization and Innovation: Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement process improvements that reduce costs and enhance customer experience.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong experience coordinating across credit, risk, operations, marketing, and sales teams to deliver cohesive product solutions and resolve complex operational challenges.

• Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing relationships with internal teams, external brokers, DSAs, and sales channels to ensure alignment and drive product adoption.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in leveraging MIS reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform product strategy and operational improvements.

• Regulatory and Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of banking regulations, audit requirements, and risk management frameworks essential for product development and launch.

• Team Development and Mentorship: Proven ability to build high-performing teams through structured training, coaching, and knowledge transfer on product features and policies.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on improving customer satisfaction through faster turnaround times, quality service delivery, and effective issue resolution processes.

Job Requirements (Qualification/Experience):

• Bachelor degree will be preferable

• 4–7 years of experience in Products, especially loans

• Experience in digital onboarding enablement

• Understanding of loan products, policies, regulations, pricing, and portfolio management

• Experience working with IT and cross-functional teams on product implementation

• Proficiency in requirements documentation, UAT support, and issue tracking
