## Description

Deputy Manager – Human Resources | Home Furnishing & Furniture

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle process

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and talent acquisition for retail, showroom, corporate, warehouse, and operational function

• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies

• Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management system

• Support training, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiative

• Provide HR analytics, reports, and insights to senior management

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within Furniture, Home Furnishing, Retail.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and HR practices

• Experience managing both corporate and frontline/retail workforce is highly preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, employee relations, and problem-solving skills

• UAE experience is mandatory
