## Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our International Footwear Client's new store opening in Dubai. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and leading the team to achieve sales and operational goals, all while upholding brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures

• Lead and supervise the store team, providing ongoing support, coaching, and performance feedback

• Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve sales targets

• Ensure a high standard of customer service and address customer concerns promptly

• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize losses

• Execute visual merchandising and in-store displays according to company guidelines

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations

• Prepare and submit required reports and store documentation

• Collaborate with regional management to ensure store objectives are met

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role, ideally in fashion or footwear

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Proficiency with POS systems and retail operations

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required

• Arabic will be plus

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
