We are seeking passionate and service-driven Head Waiters & Head Waitresses to join our award-winning Lifestyle Dining brands e.g. SUSHISAMBA, Signor Sassi, L’AMO.

As a key member of our Front-of-House team, you will lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences while inspiring and supporting your team to uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your section during service while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless operations.

• Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized service to every guest.

• Supervise and support Waiters and Commis Waiters throughout the shift.

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the menu, beverages, cocktails, sake, and wine to confidently recommend and upsell.

• Handle VIP guests and resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain SUSHISAMBA's luxury service standards, grooming, and attention to detail.

• Work closely with Restaurant Managers and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service execution.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in internationally recognized luxury lifestyle dining brands, premium restaurants. Previous international experience is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, sake, and premium guest service.

• Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant operations.

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages e.g. Russian, Italian, Spanish, are an advantage.

• Strong customer service and upselling skills.

• A positive, energetic, and guest-focused personality with a passion for luxury hospitality.
