Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions and pricing. Daily responsibilities include preparing listings, marketing properties across digital and offline channels, coordinating negotiations, and supporting clients through documentation and closing processes. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and market trends, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet individual and company targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate practices in the UAE.

• Candidates should possess Sales and Real Property skills, including negotiation, deal structuring, and property valuation.

• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach and the ability to build trust-based relationships.

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in other languages (e.g., Arabic) is an advantage.

• Candidates should possess familiarity with CRM systems, basic MS Office skills, and comfort working with online listing platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Candidates should possess a track record of meeting sales targets, strong local area knowledge of Dubai, and a valid UAE driving license with access to transportation.

• Candidates should possess a high level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
