## Description

Job Title: Lead Azure Cloud & Integration Architect

Location - Abu Dhabi, UAE - Onsite

Fulltime Role

Job Description:

• Own the overall integration architecture and delivery roadmap for enterprise-scale integrations, including national identity services, API gateways, middleware platforms, and physical access control systems.

• Lead the design and implementation of Azure cloud infrastructure, including sovereign Azure environments, landing zones, networking, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Bicep).

• Manage environment provisioning and lifecycle management across development, testing, staging, production, and disaster recovery environments.

• Own CI/CD pipeline strategy and DevSecOps practices, including security scanning, SAST/DAST controls, release management, and deployment governance.

• Design and manage disaster recovery architecture, including planning, execution, and periodic DR testing.

• Act as the key technical interface between client infrastructure, security teams, and platform engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Provide technical leadership across integration engineering and cloud infrastructure initiatives, driving architecture decisions and delivery sequencing.

• Design and implement integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, API gateways, middleware, and event-driven architecture patterns.

• Lead identity and access integration initiatives using OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML protocols.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple organizations to deliver complex enterprise programmes.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in integration engineering, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise technology delivery.

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure architecture, landing zones, networking, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

• Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps security controls.

• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise programmes and managing blended teams.

• Experience with UAE national identity integrations, government/sovereign cloud environments, and physical access control systems (HID, Lenel, Genetec) is an advantage.

• Azure certification such as AZ-305 or equivalent is preferred.
